  • ​*The COTY is an award that contractors can win each year by submitting their projects to the NARI (National Association of Remodeling Industry) organization. An independent group of contractors, outside the OH area, review all submitted projects, look at before/after photos, the challenges involved in the project, the finish products used, the creativity and functionality of the design, etc. and award winners based on an anonymous basis in different categories. Company names are not known at the time of judging to keep the competition fair and impartial.
